What You'll Do 1. SEO Strategy & Organic Growth
  • Strategy Ownership: Own and execute the end-to-end SEO strategy to drive organic traffic, rankings, and conversions across multiple regional markets.

  • Technical Excellence: Partner with engineering teams to optimize site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.

  • Search Analysis: Conduct deep keyword research and search intent analysis to identify growth opportunities for job listings, employer pages, and career content.

  • Content Optimization: Define on-page best practices (metadata, internal linking, structure) and guide content teams in creating search-optimized material.

2. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Web Performance
  • Experimentation: Own the vision and roadmap for marketing landing pages, implementing A/B tests and UX improvements to balloon conversion rates.

  • User Journey Mapping: Analyze session playbacks, heatmaps, and click streams to identify friction points and improve user flows from the homepage to lead generation.

  • Campaign Support: Work with Performance Marketing Managers (PMM) and event teams to set up and optimize ad-specific and campaign-specific landing pages.

  • Performance Tuning: Focus on improving bounce rates and page load times to enhance the overall visitor experience.
