Job Description

Bitarchitects is looking for a motivated and adaptable Junior Business & Operations Assistant to join our team. This role blends client and contractor outreach, internal coordination, and operational support ideal for someone who is fluent in English, passionate about learning, and eager to grow professionally in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to potential clients and contractors.
  • Assist the Business Development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and service providers as needed.
  • Support the Operations department in day-to-day tasks and team coordination.
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as scheduling, data entry, document formatting, and file management.
  • Track communication and updates using CRM and project management tools.
  • Participate in internal meetings.

Qualifications

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable using office tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • 1+ year of experience in administration, sales, or similar fields is a plus

Working hours:


  • Part-time job of 5 hours/day with the potential to transition to a full-time position based on performance.
  • Note: We operate according to U.S. time zones.
