The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging,
hands-on, and comprehensive training programs to a diverse student body.
Instructors will leverage their industry expertise to provide practical insights and foster a strong learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update course curricula, lesson plans, and training materials in line with industry best practices and learning objectives.
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction through various methods (lectures, practical exercises, workshops, group discussions, etc.).
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to facilitate their learning and skill development.
- Assess student progress and performance through assignments, projects, and evaluations.
- Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies within their respective fields.
- Maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
- Collaborate with the Kaslik Workshop team to ensure program quality and student satisfaction.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise and significant professional experience (minimum 2 years) in the specific field they intend to teach.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
- Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and techniques specific to the field
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred, however equivalent professional experience will be considered.
