Electrical Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough site assessments to evaluate electrical systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards, which involves using advanced diagnostic tools to identify potential issues early on.
2. Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to develop and implement project plans, ensuring that timelines and budgets are adhered to while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
3. Supervise the installation of electrical systems, providing guidance to contractors and ensuring that all work meets regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
4. Perform regular inspections of electrical installations, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
5. Prepare detailed reports on project progress, including any challenges encountered and solutions implemented, to keep stakeholders informed and facilitate effective decision-making.
6. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials and equipment, ensuring that all components meet project specifications and are delivered on time.
7. Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules, tracking expenses and timelines to ensure projects remain within budget and are completed on time.
8. Participate in safety meetings and training sessions, promoting a culture of safety on-site and ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols.
9. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and interns, fostering a collaborative learning environment that encourages professional development.
