Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly creative and data proficient Digital Content Creator to join Podeo’s Marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling through video, understands the nuances of digital platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and X, and has a proven ability to produce content that captures attention and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate, script, and edit viral social media videos, primarily for Instagram, TikTok, and X, using video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of video content production, including filming, directing shoots, and editing footage to ensure high-quality output that maximizes audience engagement.
  • Develop visually compelling and engaging content that aligns with Podeo’s brand objectives and target audiences by leveraging innovative storytelling techniques and high-quality visuals.
  • Adapt video formats, captions, and posting schedules based on platform algorithms and audience engagement trends to maximize visibility, enhance audience retention, and drive higher engagement rates.
  • Monitor and capitalize on viral social media trends, memes, and challenges to maintain a competitive edge in the digital space.
  • Analyze performance metrics and insights by looking at engagement rates, video view counts, and other metrics that reveal how well the content resonates with the audience, to refine and enhance content strategies and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize videos for reach, engagement, and algorithm performance, using social media analytics tools like Instagram Insights and TikTok Analytics.
