Job description

Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by resolving inquiries, providing support, and assisting users in a professional and timely manner. You should be passionate about helping people, tech-savvy, and an excellent communicator.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, or social media.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through technical or account-related problems.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved queries to relevant departments or managers.
  • Document interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
  • Continuously gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to internal processes or the product.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet performance KPIs (e.g., response time, resolution rate, CSAT).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, operations, and engineering to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.



Nice to Have:


  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce.
  • Multilingual capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ticketing software.

Skills

Requirements:


  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with support platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
