About the Role

The Business Excellence Specialist will report to the Business Excellence Manager and play a key role in driving operational excellence across the organization. This role is responsible for enhancing business performance through process optimization, governance frameworks, and the implementation of international best practices. The ideal candidate will act as a change agent, partnering with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement, ensure compliance with global standards, and elevate organizational efficiency, quality, and customer experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and support end-to-end process management initiatives, including process mapping, redesign, and optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


  • Drive continuous improvement programs using structured methodologies identifying gaps, root causes, and sustainable solutions.


  • Manage and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and alignment with regulatory and certification requirements.


  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO and other international certifications, ensuring ongoing compliance and readiness.


  • Establish and monitor performance frameworks and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.


  • Partner with business units to ensure standardization and governance of processes, policies, and procedures across the organization.


  • Lead or support cross-functional projects related to transformation, operational excellence, and digital/process innovation.


  • Conduct benchmarking and best practice analysis to identify opportunities for innovation, cost optimization, and service improvement.

What We Need From You

Skills:


  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.


  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, quality management, or business transformation roles.


  • Solid understanding of audit practices, compliance frameworks, and international standards (e.g., ISO).


  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at different organizational levels.


  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.


  • High level of attention to detail combined with strategic thinking.


  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred) and process mapping or project management tools.


  • Certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor and/or PMP are highly desirable.


Education Level/ Major:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.


Years Of Experience:


Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in business excellence, process improvement, or operational strategy roles.
