Key Responsibilities

- Arrange merchandise, mannequins, fixtures, signage, and promotional materials to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Ensure store layouts and product presentations create an engaging and inspiring customer experience.

- Regularly refresh displays and floor layouts based on promotions, new arrivals, seasonal themes, and sales performance.

- Ensure all displays are clean, organized, and aligned with the brand image.
- Support window display setups and promotional installations.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify visual improvement opportunities.

- Support stock rotation and product placement strategies to optimize customer flow and shopping behavior.
- Coordinate with Retail Operations and store staff regarding campaign execution timelines and merchandising priorities.

Skills
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within women’s fashion or apparel retail.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong visual creativity and fashion sense.
- Good understanding of retail space utilization and customer shopping behavior.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and styling techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation standards.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and adapt displays quickly.
- Basic understanding of retail sales and commercial merchandising principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools is an advantage.
