Visual Merchandiser

Job Purpose : Responsible for optimizing product visual presentation and implementing marketing activities that Al Hajery Pharmacies. This role focuses on arranging merchandise attractively, constructing displays, and ensuring products are well-stocked an appropriately priced to enhance customer engagement and sales.

Visual Displays and Merchandising

• Design and implement in-store visual displays, shelf layouts, window displays, and promotional setups in alignment with corporate branding and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure planograms are followed and adapted to each location’s layout and inventory.
• Maintain attractive, clean, and compliant product presentation in all branches.

Marketing Support

• Support marketing and promotional campaigns with appropriate in-store visuals and materials (e.g., wobblers, danglers, shelf talkers).
•  Coordinate with suppliers for branded display materials for cosmetics, supplements, and over-the-counter (OTC) products.

Branch Visits

• Conduct regular visits to pharmacies to install, audit, and maintain displays.
• Train and guide branch staff on proper merchandising standards and planogram adherence.
• Work with operations and purchasing teams to optimize space allocation and stock visibility.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
