Job Objective:
To provide legal, administrative, marketing, and logistical support necessary to ensure the effective implementation and high performance of Academy’s operational work plan. The Training Manager plays a key role in coordinating and overseeing daily operations related to training programs, ensuring quality delivery and continuous process improvement.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Plan and execute daily and weekly training-related activities in line with the approved operational plan.
· Prepare performance and result reports for senior management.
· Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including clients and corporate partners.
· Track training documentation, correspondence, and maintain organized digital and physical records.
· Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering professional and high-quality support.
· Contribute to the enhancement of operational systems and training delivery processes.
