Job Description

  • Perform routine diagnostic checks on automated A/C systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify, isolate, and resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Conduct in-home consultations and assessments to understand customer needs.
  • Design and implement Smart Home solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Provide expert recommendations and solutions based on thorough analysis of customer issues.
  • Utilize sales skills and product knowledge to suggest and implement the best solutions.
  • Activate and upgrade A/C systems with the latest technology and enhancements.
  • Ensure proper activation and configuration of equipment's.


Job Summary

This role involves diagnosing and repairing A/C systems, providing in-home consultations, and designing customized Smart Home solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise in A/C systems, and a customer-focused approach to recommend and implement the best solutions.


Job Responsibilities

  • Performing routine diagnostic check on automated systems 
  • Isolate problems and perform repairs 
  • Complete in-home consultation and assessment – 
  • Architecting tailored Smart Home solutions that best meet the customers’ needs
  • Rely on problem-solving acumen to analyze customer issues and recommend solutions
  • Rely on sales abilities and product knowledge for solutions that are best for customer\
  • Activating and upgrading systems with enhanced technology
  • Perform activation of equipment

Education Requirements:

  • Diploma in a related field.
