We’re looking for a driven HORECA Sales Representative who knows how to turn fresh fruits and vegetables into long-term business relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and have a passion for high-quality produce, this is your opportunity to lead, build, and grow.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven sales experience working with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses. This role requires a deep understanding of fresh produce, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales within the HORECA segment, focusing on fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand customer needs and promote new products.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product samples to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and regular reports using CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.

Skills

Candidate Profile:

  • Requirement: Open for all nationals
  • Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience in HORECA sales, the fruits and vegetables, or fresh produce industry
  • Age Limit: 45 years
  • Demonstrated success in HORECA sales, with an existing client network being a strong advantage
  • Strong knowledge of fresh produce handling, seasonality, and product quality standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
  • Languages: Fluent in English & Arabic

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, perishable goods environment
  • Familiarity with food safety and handling standards
  • Prior experience with ERP or CRM systems
