Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the sales plan and meet the targets and expand the customer’s database.
Build strong relationships with the customers and understanding their businesses needs and the aims.
Establish the Distribution channels
Hire and train the Sales Team
Develop all the procedures and transactions to ensure efficiency of the sales various functions and achieve all the sales targets.
Achieve, develop and monitor the sales department budget, to achieve all the financial targets and avoid the deflects. Also send a monthly report to the general manager.
Follow the competitors prices, promotions and the new products and report to the direct manager about it. Deal professionally with the colleagues and clients, maintain an appropriate appearance.
Build a good relationship with the clients, receiving their ( comments – complaints ) and follow it up with the responsible person.
Candidate Profile:
1. Requirement open for any nationals. Arabs preferred
2. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
3. Min. 5 - 8 years of experience in the HORECA/FMCG industry in Kuwait.
4. Excellent selling skills and dealing with customers.
5. Must have a valid Kuwait Driving License
6. Must have good knowledge of setting up the Distribution Channel
7. Must have prior experience selling to HORECA/Hypermarkets
