Job description

We are looking for a male sales executive with a valid driving license to join our real estate team. The role involves promoting properties, negotiating deals, and maintaining client relationships. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to generating new business are essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
  3. Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about properties.
  4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms for both parties.
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  6. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying process.
  8. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  9. Attend industry events and networking functions to build relationships and promote the company.
  10. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
  9. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  10. Willingness to travel for property viewings and client meetings.
