Job description

  • Contribute to increasing company profits through fruitful customer relationships.
  • Search for new prospect customers in the defined territory which includes existing accounts and new accounts.
  • Focus on customer retention by lowering churn rate, amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company's sales targets.
  • Study existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets.
  • Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meetings and calls.
  • Leveraging different promotional modes like traditional marketing, social media, email marketing, etc., to advertise the company's products.
  • Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Gather and input date in database, and verify accuracy of valuable company information
  • Review data for errors or redundancies, make corrections, and check outputs
  • Research information needed for completing documents with minimal oversight
  • Generate reports, store outputs in database, and perform backups
  • This position requires well-versed knowledge of document making, data sorting, and extracting useful information from the pool of data. The person needs to be an expert in Microsoft Office Excel (formula, editing, design, etc). The work is to complement the company affairs and operations.
  • The position includes a 3-month probation period to assess performance and suitability for the role.
  • A transportation allowance will be provided after the successful completion of the 3-month probation period.
  • 7am to 4pm (Sunday – Thursday) / 7am to 12pm (Saturday) with regular Saturday off every three weeks


Skills

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
  • Excellent command of soft skills and a deep understanding of sales values and principles.
  • Ability to prioritize targets as per the requirements set forth by the company.
  • Apt in dealing with clients and engagingly presenting product data for potential leads.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in English (English & Arabic Bilingual preferred)
  • Adept to Excel functions, making report
  • Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems
  • Fast-learner
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and online forms
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
