Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and document management.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the agency's services.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing materials for new hires.
- Support the team in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
