Conduct site inspections for civil works including concrete, structural, earthworks, and finishing works
Ensure compliance with project specifications, method statements, and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans)
Monitor and witness tests such as soil compaction, concrete slump, cube tests, and field density tests
Review and verify materials delivered on-site meet project requirements
Prepare inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and follow up on corrective actions
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and client representatives for inspections
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all quality-related activities
Maintain compliance with HSE and QA/QC procedures
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures in civil construction projects
Familiarity with international standards such as ASTM, BS, and ISO
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements
Hands-on experience with Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and checklists
Experience in conducting and witnessing field and laboratory tests (concrete, soil, materials)
Good understanding of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and corrective/preventive actions
Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and quality records management
Strong coordination skills with site teams, consultants, and client representatives
Basic knowledge of HSE requirements in construction sites
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
