1. Take responsibility for the day to day operation of the team, providing overall guidance and supervision 2. To act as an escalation point for network services problems and questions via telephone, e-mail and face to face 7. To be escalation contact for service issues, out of hours 8. Ensuring the right environment is in place so that staff are effectively mentored, developed and trained 9. Organize and prioritize workload 10.Advise in procurement of network equipment and software, including receiving, physical installation and configuration, including disposing of equipment no longer needed according to policy. 11.Coordinates with vendors and suppliers for smooth and optimized delivery of the Services. 12.Documents, records and endorse the details of all amendments made to the Network Infrastructure. 13.Ensure that proper network and communication hardware and software inventories are up to date. Maintain all license and support contract documentation. 14.Confirm compatibility and manage impact to business of all new equipment and change 15.Measure Network operations performance using appropriate tools and techniques. 16. Provide reports on Network operations performance 17. Performs other related duties as directed.
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering • Preferably 20 years’ experience in networking field with minimum 10 years’ experience in manage network operations or network maintenance projects. • Active ITIL and PMP Certifications. • Active Network Professional Level Certification such as CCNP or equivalent. • Deep understanding for network performance & monitoring. • Experience in documentation and reporting
