Procurement Engineer

Qualification: B.E. (Electrical / Mechanical)

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in the field of procurement from a reputed switchgear/transformer manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of components and raw materials used for switchgear and transformers is a must.
• Thorough knowledge of primary substation-related items/activities like GIS, power transformer.
• Knowledge in inventory control, payment terms, and exposure to quality management systems.
• Vendor development.
• Project management.
• Acquainted with material planning.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Must have good analytical and risk management skills.
