Laundry Attendant

The Laundry Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the laundry department of a facility. This position involves handling various types of fabrics and ensuring that all laundry is processed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:

2. Operate washing machines and dryers according to manufacturer instructions.
3. Monitor laundry cycles and ensure timely removal of items from machines.
4. Inspect laundry for stains or damage and apply appropriate treatment.
5. Fold, hang, and organize clean laundry items for easy access.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
7. Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management.
8. Assist in inventory management of laundry supplies.
9. Follow health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals.
10. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any laundry-related inquiries.
