Scope of Job:
The Information Technology Specialist supports the development, screening, and execution of innovation initiatives across K-Companies in alignment with the Client Innovation Excellence Framework, enabling structured innovation delivery and value realization.
• Support Client’s enterprise-wide innovation program across all innovation lifecycle phases.
• Ensure innovation initiatives align with client’s governance frameworks and operating models.
• Coordinate innovation execution between Head Office, Client, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment
• Support development of Client’s Innovation Strategy aligned with their guidelines.
• Assist in defining innovation domains, targets, and roadmaps.
Execution & Delivery
• Conduct idea screening and feasibility and viability assessments.
• Develop innovation business cases, charters, and value projections.
• Support MVP development, pilots, and scale-up initiatives.
Leadership & Collaboration
• Facilitate ideation workshops and innovation challenges.
• Support Client’s innovation governance committees.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for innovation oversight.
Continuous Improvement
• Improve innovation processes through feedback and benchmarking.
• Support innovation culture initiatives such as 15% Innovation Time.
