Candidate Requirements:
- Article 18 transferable
- Full-time availability
- Diploma or technical certificate in a relevant field
- Experience working at The Avenues or Mabanee sites is advantageous
Required Skills:
Electrical maintenance supervision, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, daily operations handling, problem-solving, and team coordination. Experience in real estate, facility management, or large commercial sites is preferred.
