- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that drive traffic to the online store.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Utilize SEO best practices to enhance product visibility and search rankings.

Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience in ecommerce sales.
- Experience in MEW, KOC, KNPC is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using ecommerce platforms and tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for online retail.
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer preferences..
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
