· Prepare and monitor daily operating costs for all branches.
· Follow up on raw material costs and control variances.
· Provide periodic cost-related reports to management.
· Coordinate with other departments to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
· Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the restaurant or food & beverage sector.
· Proficiency in advanced Excel and accounting software.
· Strong time management and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and coordination abilities with other departments.
· Ability to conduct on-site visits to branches for cost monitoring.
· Valid driving license is required.
· Preferably familiar with ERP systems related to cost management.
· Ability to provide detailed cost reports to support decision-making.
· Capability to propose cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
