Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Brand Manager to lead the
development, positioning, and growth of our retail furniture brand. This role combines strategic brand planning with hands-on execution across retail, digital, and in-store environments. They will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience that resonates with our target audience and differentiates us in a competitive market.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail or consumer goods, with a sharp eye for design, storytelling, and customer engagement — and preferably experience in interior design business, furniture, home décor, or lifestyle categories.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the brand strategy, voice, and positioning across all customer touchpoints (in-store, online, positioning and expansion.
Lead brand development and product storytelling in alignment with seasonal launches, sales objectives, and brand positioning.
Work closely with merchandising, retail operations, and visual teams to ensure brand consistency in all store experiences.
Oversee branding (photoshoots, video, design, campaigns) working closely with marketing department.
Analyze brand health metrics, customer insights, and market trends to guide brand direction.
Develop and manage budgets for the brand.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed and evolve as needed to support growth and market relevance. By building loyalty and achieving company’s goals and targets
Excellent project management and collaboration skills. Experience working with influencers or lifestyle-focused social media campaigns.
Requirement open for Arab nationals
7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in retail, interior design, or consumer brands.
Proven success in building and growing a brand across multiple channels.
Strong creative judgment and experience working with design, clients, and manufacturing.
Familiarity with retail environments and customer journey optimization
Background in furniture, interior design, or luxury retail
Visual merchandising or retail, interior design exposure is a plus
