Job description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Brand Manager to lead the

development, positioning, and growth of our retail furniture brand. This role combines strategic brand planning with hands-on execution across retail, digital, and in-store environments. They will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience that resonates with our target audience and differentiates us in a competitive market.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail or consumer goods, with a sharp eye for design, storytelling, and customer engagement — and preferably experience in interior design business, furniture, home décor, or lifestyle categories.

Key Responsibilities:

 Own the brand strategy, voice, and positioning across all customer touchpoints (in-store, online, positioning and expansion.

 Lead brand development and product storytelling in alignment with seasonal launches, sales objectives, and brand positioning.

 Work closely with merchandising, retail operations, and visual teams to ensure brand consistency in all store experiences.

 Oversee branding (photoshoots, video, design, campaigns) working closely with marketing department.

 Analyze brand health metrics, customer insights, and market trends to guide brand direction.

 Develop and manage budgets for the brand.

 Ensure brand guidelines are followed and evolve as needed to support growth and market relevance. By building loyalty and achieving company’s goals and targets

 Excellent project management and collaboration skills. Experience working with influencers or lifestyle-focused social media campaigns.
