Job description

  • As a barista, your primary responsibility is to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring each drink meets our standards of taste and presentation.
  • Interact courteously and assist customers by taking orders, providing menu information, and accommodating special requests or dietary preferences.
  • Engage with customers in a polite and helpful manner, taking their orders, offering menu insights, and accommodating specific requests or dietary preferences.
  • Your role involves the continuous upkeep of a clean and organized workspace, encompassing coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment, to guarantee a hygienic and safe environment.
  • Inventory management is part of your duties, involving the monitoring of coffee bean and supplies stock, and timely communication with the supervisor for restocking to maintain consistent service during busy shifts.
