Customer Service:

• Greeting customers and taking their orders.
• Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with regular customers.
• Explaining menu items and offering recommendations.
• Handling cash and other forms of payment.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Beverage Preparation:

• Preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Operating coffee machines, espresso machines, and other brewing equipment.
• Following recipes and maintaining consistency in beverage preparation.
• Creating latte art and other visually appealing presentations. 

Workplace Maintenance:

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and equipment.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Stocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels.
• Following health and safety guidelines. 

Other Responsibilities:

• Working as part of a team and collaborating to meet daily operational goals. 
• May be involved in training new staff, managing inventory, or overseeing daily operations, depending on the role and experience level. 
• Adhering to company policies and procedures. 
• Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holiday
