Banquet Service Attendant

A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to function sheets and hotel standards (tables, linens, glassware, cutlery, and décor).
• Ensure all mise-en-place is completed prior to the event.
• Provide attentive and courteous food and beverage service to guests during events.
• Serve plated meals, buffet items, and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow sequence of service as per IHG brand standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
• Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and escalate concerns to supervisors when required.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle equipment and operating supplies responsibly to avoid damage or loss.
• Support other F&B outlets when required based on operational needs.
