IT Support Specialist
Jazeera Airways is looking for IT Support Specialist(s) who would be responsible for all aspects of network administration including servers, desktop systems, security systems, communications, office systems and hardware/software.
In addition to above, the position is also responsible for first level support of outsourced applications and co-ordinate with service provider to resolve the user problems.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle all related matters to Jazeera Terminal enterprise network and system monitoring, management, maintenance and configuration.
- Handle network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems including e-mail, web server, internet access, office systems and applications support).
- Support server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications.
- Roll out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or High Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support included 2 years in System and Network administration.
- Demonstrate a good knowledge of Windows servers and desktop products, setting up remote access for users and PBX systems.
- Ability to administer a 200+ node network including firewalls, VPN, networked printers and photocopiers, UPS, CCTV etc.
- Ability to provide application level support and vendor co-ordination for user problem resolution
- Ready to work in a different schedule as assigned by Manager and based on the operational needs.

IT Cloud Administrator
We are looking for an experienced IT Cloud Administrator whose role is to design, manage, and secure cloud infrastructure that supports 24x7 airline and airport operations. The IT Cloud Administrator will also be responsible for ensuring availability, security, scalability, and compliance of cloud platforms hosting operational, passenger, and corporate systems.
This role plays a critical part in:
- Enabling high availability for flight and passenger-facing systems.
- Strengthening cloud security posture in regulated aviation environments.
- Supporting digital transformation and cloud-first initiatives across airline and airport ecosystems.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- 1. Cloud Platform Administration
- Administer and support Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments
- Manage cloud resources for operational, corporate, and customer-facing applications
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of cloud workloads
- 2. Cloud Networking
- Design and manage Azure Networking, including:
- Virtual Networks (VNets), Subnets, NSGs

Configuration and Maintenance Program Engineer
Jazeera Airways is looking for a Configuration and Maintenance Program Engineer who would be responsible for continued airworthiness preventive maintenance review in accordance with Jazeera Maintenance Program & reliability data to assure fleet’s maximum safety and operating efficiency. The position will also control configurations of Jazeera existing and new aircrafts by performing engineering document reviews to ensure compliance of airworthiness directives/aviation regulation/maintenance program and reflected in Engineering Computer System.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develops and formulates the airframe, engine, propeller, and component maintenance programs to ensure safety, reliability, and airworthiness in the most economical manner.
- Reviews and proposes changes to the aircraft maintenance program based on manufacturer recommendations, reliability analysis, and in-service experience, before submitting to the applicable Aviation Authority through the SCM Department.
- Optimizes the maintenance program based on fleet performance and task findings, identifying opportunities for increased task effectiveness and efficiency.
- Monitors component tracking and interchangeability in the company’s system, ensuring compliance with approved manuals and coordinating with Technical Services.
- Provides technical assistance to Fleet Management and Aircraft Records, including aircraft entry/exit processes.
- Monitors and reviews AD/SB actions that Technical Services intends to implement, ensuring compliance and proper entry into the company’s system, and reporting embodiment to OEMs as applicable.
- Manages current and historical data for AD/SB compliance based on aircraft configuration.
- Defines, builds, and maintains the aircraft configuration tree in the company’s system for newly arrived aircraft and landing gears.
- Monitors the aging aircraft Corrosion Prevention Control Program (CPCP) and Structural Sampling Inspection Program (SSSIP) to ensure safety and structural integrity.
- Performs data entry for components (e.g., AIR, HT) for newly arrived aircraft.
- Creates new part numbers and sub-assemblies in the system as needed.
- Assists in providing Aircraft Configuration status reports, including AD and Modification status.
- Provides technical support for OASES system functionality, addressing configuration concerns, troubleshooting, and offering practical training and guidance.
- Maintains OASES history files for technical support and training archives.
- Establishes and maintains OASES backup processes in collaboration with Business Units to mitigate issues during system downtime.
- Reviews OASES system upgrade releases, validating applicability to Jazeera’s processes and coordinating with engineering teams to assess gaps and impacts on Business Units.
- Leads OASES process assessments, revisions, and distribution.
- Coordinates OASES interface issues with other systems (e.g., AIMS, SAP, Skywise, Conduce), ensuring issues are addressed and monitored by relevant Business Units or system proponents.
- Actively participates in Jazeera’s SMS, ensuring compliance with safety and security laws and reporting accidents, incidents, and hazards.
Requirements and Qualifications:

Assistant Manager - Product
Jazeera Airways is looking to hire an Assistant Manager - Product who will support the efficient and effective delivery of catering and on-board retail services across the airline’s operations. The role will assist in managing catering facility operations, on-board product selection, vendor coordination, and commercial performance of inflight sales to ensure high quality standards, cost efficiency, and an enhanced customer experience in line with Jazeera Airways’ objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support the management of daily operations within the Catering Facility to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery for all flights.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of food and non-food supplies to the catering facility and monitor preparation, loading, and offloading activities to aircraft.
- Assist in developing and maintaining galley loading plans and trolley packing plans for all inflight products offered for sale on-board.
- Support management of crew meals including menu planning and supply across all flights.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for on-board products and assist in evaluating new products for J9 Shop and duty-free offerings.
- Support contract management processes, pricing negotiations, and procurement coordination to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Assist in managing relationships with food suppliers and support review of J Café inflight menu options to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Prepare periodic reports on catering and on-board retail performance, including sales analysis and cost monitoring.
- Monitor sales performance by route and passenger profile to support wastage control and optimize trolley loading based on demand.
- Review customer feedback and Customer Satisfaction Survey results related to catering and retail services and support implementation of improvement actions.
- Coordinate LPO creation, invoice verification, and supplier payment follow-ups with Finance to ensure timely processing.
- Monitor competitor airline catering and on-board retail offerings and pricing trends.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Ground Operations, Finance, and Cabin Services to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
