Provide advanced (Tier 3) support for Microsoft technologies: Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, SQL Server, and Hyper-V.
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure for multiple clients.
Lead and execute infrastructure projects, including migrations, patching, and upgrades.
Monitor system performance and availability using tools such as SCOM and Azure Monitor.
Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell and SCCM task sequences.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues quickly and effectively.
Participate in technical consultations, client meetings, and project planning sessions.
Document configurations, procedures, and project outcomes.
Mentor junior engineers and support internal knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with the department lead (Senior Technical Engineer) to deliver high-quality support services.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
6–8 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure support or systems engineering.
Experience working in a vendor support or managed service provider (MSP) environment is a plus.
Required Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure (VMs, ASR, Defender, identity, and networking).
Deep knowledge of Windows Server (2012–2022) and Active Directory (GPOs, DNS, Sites & Services).
Strong hands-on experience with SCCM (deployment, patching, compliance).
Solid understanding of SCOM (monitoring, alert tuning, custom dashboards).
Experience with SQL Server administration (installation, tuning, backup/restore).
Hyper-V expertise (VM creation, replication, clustering).
PowerShell scripting for automation and task optimization.
Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Architect Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator MCSA / MCSE Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
Ability to manage priorities, multitask, and work under pressure.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
