 We are looking for a Negotiations Liaison Agent to join our growing team! 


Job Objectives:


The Negotiations Liaison Agent provides administrative, operational, and task-based support to the Negotiations Department. This role plays a vital part in maintaining accuracy and efficiency across settlement processes, legal documentation, interdepartmental coordination, and client-facing interactions. The Liaison ensures that all supporting tasks are completed in alignment with compliance requirements and internal service standards.


Responsibilities and duties:


1. Task Management & Documentation


• Manage assigned tasks via internal systems with timely completion and accurate documentation


• Ensure all actions align with performance targets and quality standards


2. Settlement & Legal Coordination


• Process settlement entries and legal documents including stipulations, authorizations, and notarizations


• Support tasks such as Add Funds requests, early payoff estimates, and voided settlements


3. Case Review & Program Support


• Handle file audits, death certificate processing, and fee cancellation requests


• Support client progression by reviewing program status and updating required documents


4. Cross-Functional Communication


• Coordinate with team leads and departments to expedite task resolution and address escalations


• Ensure smooth communication channels across operations and support units


5. Client Support (Indirect)


• Manage client-facing support tasks including transfer letters, program clarifications, and brand integrity follow-ups


• Guide clients toward appropriate resources when needed


6. Departmental Support & Flexibility


• Undertake special assignments or projects delegated by Negotiations Management


• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment


Qualifications:


• Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a minimum requirement


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field “is a plus”


Years of Experience: 


Less than year of experience in debt relief, customer support, or administrative


roles required


Behavioral Requirements/Competencies:


• Detail-oriented and reliable with strong follow-through


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently


• Comfortable in a fast-paced and structured environment


• Professional demeanor and service-focused attitude


Technical Requirements:


• Familiarity with debt relief or settlement processes


• Strong knowledge of internal systems (e.g., Forth) and Microsoft Office tools


• Capable of task prioritization and managing multiple assignments


• Clear written and verbal communication skills (Minimum of C1 level of English is required)
