We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Logistics Operations team in Limerick.


This is an early-career opportunity for someone who is interested in building experience in logistics, customer service, and operations coordination within a global supply chain environment.


You will play an important support role in ensuring customers receive accurate updates, queries are handled efficiently, and day-to-day operational processes run smoothly.


Full training will be provided.


How you will contribute


We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and eager to learn, with a positive approach to customer service and teamwork.


  • 1–2 years experience in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, or similar environments
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with people
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience beneficial)
  • Calm, supportive approach when handling queries or issues
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and develop

What you will bring


  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role; experience within logistics or supply chain is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM or ticketing systems is desirable.

Working hours


This role operates on a rotational shift pattern (Monday to Friday):
Early shift: 7:30am – 4:00pm
Mid shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Late shift: 8:30am – 5:00pm
