Job description

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing

Location: Baghdad

Reports to: CEO


Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand management, social media, PR & events, and performance marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both the technology and fashion/cosmetics industries. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, foster customer engagement, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Management:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, enhancing brand positioning within the market.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends in fashion, cosmetics, and technology.
  1. Social Media Strategy:
  • Create, implement, and oversee social media campaigns that engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Manage content creation, ensuring that it aligns with brand guidelines and trends in the fashion and tech industries.
  • Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  1. Public Relations & Events:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and other stakeholders to promote the brand through press releases, interviews, and event sponsorships.
  • Plan and execute PR initiatives, including media events, product launches, and brand collaborations.
  • Represent the brand at key industry events, ensuring positive media coverage and brand alignment.
  1. Performance Marketing:
  • Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing channels (PPC, SEO, SEM, paid social, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead generation, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure optimal results.
  1. Collaboration & Cross-functional Leadership:
  • Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
  • Provide leadership to the marketing team, fostering innovation and creativity in all marketing efforts.
