The Camp Supervisor assists in managing employees accommodation and look after all camp aspects in terms of service, maintenance, furnishing, camp shifting. The role looks into supervising all the safety and security aspects of the camp to ensure that appropriate conditions are maintained at the accommodations given to the workers of the Company.
Maintain records of all Company assets in the camps and perform an inventory to ensure proper monitoring.
Conduct hygiene audits in the camp and kitchen.
Coordinate with HR department regarding any concerns of employees.

Assist in planning bi-monthly inspection on all Camp facilities; conduct monthly preventive maintenance.
Schedule weekly maintenance visits and monthly maintenance jobs if necessary, as well as regular coordination/meeting with all Camp in charge for detailing issues and for scheduling maintenance requirements and report the same monthly.
Conduct hygiene audits in the camp and kitchen including use by date and storage methodologies to ensure camp health and sanitation standards are maintained.
Prepare reports for Managers as required including daily accommodation and catering status report.
Maintains camp rules and regulations in the unit in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies
Knowledge of local employment laws/regulations sufficient to analyze proposed personnel policies.
Knowledge of management and supervision of others.
Knowledge of facilities maintenance. Computer literate in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
Knowledge in Camp Administration and practices.
Knowledge in Security and Safety practices.
Good Interpersonal and Customer Service skills.
Good Attention to details. Professional, Flexible and willing to work any time of the day.
Ability to deal with employees from multi-cultural backgrounds.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Minimum 3 year(s) working experience, 2 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
