Provide onsite break/fix support, IMAC services, and troubleshooting for Windows and Apple devices, including data migration, backups, and coordination with third-party vendors for repairs and maintenance.
Manage the full asset lifecycle—commissioning devices for new hires, performing asset refreshes, handling collections during separations, and maintaining accurate inventory with regular reporting.
Support printers, AV systems, and software distributions; coordinate with the Service Desk to resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs while ensuring minimal disruption to authorized users.
2–5 years of IT support experience with Windows and macOS, including OS deployment, hardware configuration, break/fix support, and strong networking fundamentals.
Experience with IMAC processes, asset management, printer and AV support, vendor coordination, and working within ITSM tools and service fulfillment workflows.
Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills; ability to clearly communicate technical information to end users in English or regional language.
Ability to lift 50 lbs; valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for travel to designated sites.
Preferred: Experience in automotive manufacturing, MCP and/or A+ certifications, and background in help desk or call center environments.
