We're hiring Technical Project Manager to join our User Experience (UX) Project Management team to create unique, user-centric products and experiences for our portfolio of Design, Simulation, and AI focused solutions. We need your expertise in 3d modeling and simulation, along with your creativity and passion for UX and design, to help craft world-class software solutions. You'll help coordinate and execute the design, specifications, and implementation of Siemens software products; with special focus on reusable core componentry and desktop applications (from UI, workflows, user journeys, graphics, design systems to design standards evaluation and AI-powered assistants). From large legacy to small emergent product teams, you will need to interact and collaborate with all levels of Product Managers, Designers, Developers, QA Testers, Field Teams, and Documentation Writers. Showing self-organization, initiative, and thoughtfulness when approaching design and development tasks. Being proactive in facing and resolving challenges, with excellent communication along the way. Effectively managing the release cycle of a software feature – from design to development to delivery. Helping conceive, design, develop, manage, and document concepts for new tools and core componentry. Supporting product managers and designers to produce detailed specifications and mockups for development. Producing internal and external content to promote new product features. Staying up to date with current UI/UX trends, including Siemens’ product portfolio and internal tools and methods. Providing guidance to application teams seeking to adhere to design guidelines. Your success is grounded in: Proven experience in CAD/CAE. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Civil Engineering. Expertise of Siemens’ or Altair’s modeling and simulation tools. Proficient user of design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, etc. Advanced written and verbal communications (English language proficiency). Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic self-starter.
