The Training Coordinator (Language & Operations Bridge) is responsible for developing into a comprehensive, cross-process P&P expert. By dynamically transitioning from process to process, the specialist reviews and designs targeted quality measures and training programs in close coordination with German-speaking subject matter experts and the local trainer, ensuring seamless communication and understanding across teams. The more training sessions you coordinate and support , the deeper your operational knowledge becomes. This strategic role serves as a crucial link within our operations and requires a willingness to travel to Germany.
