JOB PURPOSE
Explain in one or two sentences the primary reason why this job exists.
Lead AMIO Regional technical training teams to develop, adapt and implement AMIO Technical Training Academy strategy in terms of New Model Launch and Technical Skills, defined at European and Global level, across the AMIO region.
Monitor the local performance by reporting specific KPI’s linked to Technical training and AMIO Training Strategy, in order to improve local AMIO countries performance & Quality.
Animate and Motivate local AMIO team to get their buy-in and involvment, making NISSAN a trusted Brand across AMIO region
