Roles and Responsibility
This role is a largely customer-facing Upgrade Engineer role for Network Management (OS/NMS/EMS/OSS and NE-Embedded) software/firmware upgrade (Onsite / Remote) working towards deadlines and with fast turn-around-times.
This role demands you to work on major Software/Firmware Upgrade related to OS/NMS/EMS/OSS and NE-Embedded with DWDM, OTN & Basic IP MPLS technologies.
