As part of Global Business Services, Team Leader – Credit & Collections, you will play a critical role in enabling healthy cash flow, mitigating customer credit risk, and leading a high‑performing team within a global Order to Cash environment. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance stakeholders across regions, ensuring strong financial discipline while supporting business continuity and growth.

  • Lead end‑to‑end credit and collections operations, ensuring timely cash collections and achievement of DSO and overdue targets.


  • Proactively review and manage customer credit limits, blocks, and risk exposure in line with company policies and risk appetite.


  • Drive effective resolution of overdue balances, disputes, deductions, and unapplied cash.


  • Act as the primary escalation point for high‑risk customers, complex collection issues, and critical business exposures.


  • Ensure strict adherence to SOX, internal controls, and audit requirements within the Order to Cash process.


  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, fostering accountability, performance excellence, and continuous learning.


  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve issues, enable business continuity, and support revenue growth.


  • Review AR aging, trend analysis, and KPIs, and support month‑end close and reporting activities.


  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system improvements, supporting transformation initiatives.


What Makes You the Right Fit

Education & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.


  • 6–10 years of progressive experience in Credit & Collections / Order to Cash.


  • Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience.


  • Experience in a multinational or shared services environment is preferred.


Technical & Functional Skills (Mandatory)


  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Controls).


  • Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting and analysis.


  • Solid understanding of credit risk assessment, collections strategies, and AR accounting.


Behavioral Competencies


  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


  • High attention to detail with a strong control and compliance mindset.


  • Ability to manage competing priorities, risks, and escalations in a fast‑paced environment.
