An Ideal Candidate:



• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on engineering positions.



• Proven track record of closing roles in Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical domains.



• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.



• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).



• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work under tight timelines.



• Knowledge of current recruitment trends and sourcing strategies.



Key Competencies:



End-to-end recruitment for engineering roles (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical).



• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.



• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to ensure technical and cultural fit.



• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.



• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.



• Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding for selected profiles.



• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
