You’ll help shape how we use data to understand our workforce—defining standards, designing scalable dashboards, and delivering insights that inform decisions across HR and the business.
Alongside an essential recruitment scope of about 10-15 hires per year, you’ll own the end‑to‑end hiring process and ensure a strong experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
