This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 400000 (ie INR 3-4 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: Gurugram JobType: full-time We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accuracy across accounting, reconciliations, and compliance processes.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, warehouse, and tech to maintain financial discipline and support business growth.
You will be responsible for handling core finance activities such as bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and statutory compliance, while also contributing to process improvements.
This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with financial tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage accounting and bookkeeping activities including journal entries, ledgers, and month-end closures Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments and tracking outstanding receivables Perform regular bank reconciliations along with COD and payment gateway reconciliations Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and transactions Assist in statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements Prepare financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders Support internal and external audit processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in finance operations What Makes You a Great Fit Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.
Com/M.Com preferred) Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes Hands-on experience with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
) Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar tools Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Good communication and coordination skills Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
