This is not a traditional IT support role.
Instead, this position serves as the central control point for user credentials, permissions, platform configuration, systems governance, and internal access operations.
The ideal candidate is security-conscious, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing structured access across CRM systems, HR platforms, recruiting tools, financial portals, communication tools, dashboards, and other operational software.
This role is critical in maintaining system integrity, data security, operational continuity, and access governance across the organization.
In addition to technical platform administration, we are specifically looking for a candidate with managerial and team leadership experience, capable of handling internal support teams, coordinating operational workflows, and maintaining accountability across departments.

Multi-Platform Governance Manage administrative oversight for platforms including: CRM systems HR & payroll software Recruiting and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Communication and collaboration tools Finance and funding portals Training and learning platforms Operations dashboards Ensure all platforms are: Properly structured Access-controlled Organized with standardized naming conventions Maintained without unnecessary admin sprawl Aligned with operational governance standards 4.
Help Desk & Internal Support Serve as the primary point of contact for access-related issues Troubleshoot login problems and permission conflicts Escalate technical platform issues to vendors when necessary Maintain internal support ticket tracking and resolution workflows 5.
Systems Documentation & Process Control Maintain centralized documentation for: Platform inventory and ownership Access structures and permission matrices Admin hierarchy and escalation protocols Credential backup and recovery procedures Additional responsibilities: Build and maintain SOPs for access control and systems governance Conduct periodic access audits and compliance reviews Ensure documentation accuracy and operational consistency 6.
