Position Overview We are seeking a highly disciplined, trustworthy, and process-driven Systems & Platform Administrator responsible for managing organizational access across multiple software platforms.
This is not a traditional IT support role.
Instead, this position serves as the central control point for user credentials, permissions, platform configuration, systems governance, and internal access operations.
The ideal candidate is security-conscious, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing structured access across CRM systems, HR platforms, recruiting tools, financial portals, communication tools, dashboards, and other operational software.
This role is critical in maintaining system integrity, data security, operational continuity, and access governance across the organization.
In addition to technical platform administration, we are specifically looking for a candidate with managerial and team leadership experience, capable of handling internal support teams, coordinating operational workflows, and maintaining accountability across departments.
Core Responsibilities 1.
Platform Credential & Access Management Own and manage master credentials across all company platforms Create, modify, and revoke user access based on role changes Ensure proper permission levels are assigned per department Maintain secure credential documentation and structured access logs Enforce two-factor authentication (2FA) and platform security standards 2.
Onboarding & Offboarding Systems Control Provision platform access for new hires Ensure immediate and secure removal of access upon termination Maintain onboarding access checklists per department Verify role-based access compliance across all systems 3.
Multi-Platform Governance Manage administrative oversight for platforms including: CRM systems HR & payroll software Recruiting and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Communication and collaboration tools Finance and funding portals Training and learning platforms Operations dashboards Ensure all platforms are: Properly structured Access-controlled Organized with standardized naming conventions Maintained without unnecessary admin sprawl Aligned with operational governance standards 4.
Help Desk & Internal Support Serve as the primary point of contact for access-related issues Troubleshoot login problems and permission conflicts Escalate technical platform issues to vendors when necessary Maintain internal support ticket tracking and resolution workflows 5.
Systems Documentation & Process Control Maintain centralized documentation for: Platform inventory and ownership Access structures and permission matrices Admin hierarchy and escalation protocols Credential backup and recovery procedures Additional responsibilities: Build and maintain SOPs for access control and systems governance Conduct periodic access audits and compliance reviews Ensure documentation accuracy and operational consistency 6.
Risk & Security Oversight Prevent unauthorized credential sharing Identify security vulnerabilities and access risks Monitor unusual access behavior and escalation triggers Ensure compliance with confidentiality and internal security policies Support audit readiness and governance initiatives Leadership & Team Management Requirements Manage and oversee internal support or platform administration teams Coordinate workflows, task delegation, and operational accountability Lead process implementation and continuous improvement initiatives Provide mentorship, structure, and performance oversight to team members Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in systems administration, operations support or platform management Proven experience managing access across multiple SaaS platforms Strong understanding of user permissions, role hierarchies, and admin structures Previous managerial or team lead experience with direct team handling responsibilities Experience supervising or coordinating support/operations teams High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and professionalism Exceptional organizational and documentation skills Strong process management and operational discipline Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with C1-level proficiency Ability to manage structured workflows with precision and accountability Preferred Qualifications Experience working in high-growth or multi-entity organizations Familiarity with CRM, HRIS, payroll, ATS, and finance platforms Experience building access control matrices and governance structures Exposure to Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 admin environments Experience improving operational efficiency through systems standardization Background in security-focused operational administration environments Work Mode: office (2 Saturdays off) Shift: 8:30 pm to 5:30 am Location: Mohali
