Partner with the Team Lead to drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit outcomes. Domain expert for Finance and Accounting processes with strong understanding of ICFR requirements and control objectives. Perform ICFR control assessments, including evaluation of control design and operating effectiveness in line with defined control requirements. Support the end‑to‑end assessment lifecycle, including: Assessment preparation Assessment execution Documentation and reporting of assessment results Execute control testing within the defined audit and assessment cycle, and communicate control effectiveness results to operational stakeholders. Record, review, and maintain control assessment results in relevant tools and trackers. Your success is grounded in: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 2–3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting processes, preferably using ERP systems (SAP). Strong analytical and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Join us and be yourself!
