Main Purpose
- Contribute to a global team dedicated to streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency across the organization
- Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable, and secure CLM solution that meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and adherence to best practices
Key Responsibilities :
You will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end process transformation in collaboration with senior leaders across Puma Energy.
This role requires you to:
- Design, develop, test, and implement custom solutions using DocuSign CLM to meet business requirements related to contract management
- Integrate DocuSign CLM with other systems, to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
- Customize DocuSign CLM workflows, templates, and rules to align with the company's contract management policies and procedures
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for DocuSign CLM configurations, customizations, and integrations
- Conduct testing and debugging of DocuSign CLM solutions to ensure they meet performance, security, and usability standards
- Provide technical leadership in CLM projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, sales, and operations, to gather requirements and provide technical expertise on contract management processes
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of DocuSign CLM solutions
- Develop, report, and monitor quality metrics for processes, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to established standards
- Take ownership of end-to-end project management, from idea to delivery, including the preparation and approval of requirement documents, collaboration with solution architects, and ensuring seamless business change
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in contract management, DocuSign & other CLM tools to suggest improvements and optimizations

Work Experience:
- This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of Contract Management process, who has led & implemented CLM solutions in the past
- 5-8 years of overall experience in leading multinationals is mandatory
- 3+ years of experience in implementing CLM Solutions is desired
- Understand the complexity of managing a multi-process operation setup. This could be captive or non-captive
Skills:
- Graduation/Masters in related field from Tier 1 Institute
- Required Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with DocuSign CLM's API and SDK, Project Management & Process Automation
- DocuSign CLM Certification will be an add-on
- Proven ability to act as a bridge between the business and development team, translating business concepts into implementable requirements
- Strong understanding of contract management processes and best practices
- Experience with system integration and data migration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
