What success looks like in this role:
The DWS Solution Manager for Experience Management Services will drive the evolution of our existing experience management offerings to produce innovative, state-of-the-art offerings that will be a source of new revenue and increased margin for Unisys. Experience Management focuses on measuring and improving the experience of end users as they use IT tools, applications, and services to do their job. Experience Management makes use of Digital Experience Management (DEM or DEX) tools to monitor all of the above, provide data that is used to produce Experience Level Agreements (XLAs) that are used to track and improve end user experience and productivity. Success in this role is measured by Experience Management services being embedded in most, if not all of the other digital workplace services. Success is also measured by how well the Experience Management services are able to improve the experience (and productivity) of end users.
Key Responsibilities:
The Experience Management Solution Manager works with a team of other Solution Managers and Solution Architects within our Digital Workplace Solutions business unit at Unisys. As such, this role is responsible to identify new experience-related offerings, innovative technology, potential technology partners, potential reseller partners, and process improvements that will enable Unisys to both expand its Experience Management business and improve the efficiency of those services.
The Experience Management Solution Manager is responsible for the ideation, collateral development, creation of service descriptions, delivery partner engagement, go to market strategy, preparation of cost and price models, sales enablement, pipeline curation, and continuous improvement of Unisys Experience Management offerings. This role creates artifacts that are used by stakeholders within other Unisys organizations to market, sell, solution, price, and deliver Experience Management services. This can include: analyst briefings, marketing messaging, whitepapers, sales battlecards, client-facing documentation, sales training, demo capabilities, service descriptions, solutioning guides, costing guides, cost models, RACIs, Statements of Work, and implementation guides.
