About the Role The Deployment Success Services team, a vital part of the Cloud Application Services organization within Siemens Software, is dedicated to ensuring the successful implementation of projects for both Siemens Services and Partner teams. This role plays a crucial part in guiding our partners and internal teams through the nuances of cloud application processes and fostering a smooth transition to cloud-based operations. What We're Looking For (Key Responsibilities): Mentorship and Support: Guide Siemens Services and Partner teams on Cloud Application Services (CApS) processes and standard methodologies for cloud-based working. Escalation Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for service and partner customer concerns, leading expectations and driving resolutions. Enablement and Quality Assurance: Conduct enablement sessions, review customization and configuration guardrails, and ensure alignment to standard methodologies. Performance Tracking: Maintain and analyze Partner and Services scorecards, driving actionable insights and improvements. launch Milestones: Track customer release landmarks and provide crucial mentorship to Services and Partner teams. Process Ownership: Actively participate in process discussions and serve as a process owner for Teamcenter-related topics. Communication & Training: Apply strong communication skills to optimally enable customer teams on processes and technical guidelines. Japanese Language Skill: Person should have Japanese proficiency and able to converse with customers in local Japanese language. Required Technical Expertise: Teamcenter Foundation: Strong foundational skills in Teamcenter, including AWC, Administration, Data Modeling, BOM, and Document Management. Teamcenter Development: Knowledge of BMIDE, ITK, SOA development, and Work Package management. MCAD Integrations: Working experience with MCAD integrations is a significant advantage. Enterprise Integrations: Knowledge of enterprise integrations (T4S, T4O, T4EA) is an added advantage. Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript, and Python. Business Process Knowledge: Proven understanding of business processes in Compose Data Management, Model-Based Systems Engineering, and Manufacturing Process Planning. Leadership & Development Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of methods, standards, tools, and governance structures crucial for successful SaaS implementation. Team Culture: Develop a high-performing, customer focused, and ambitious team culture. Knowledge Transfer: Support knowledge transfer initiatives through training courses, user guides, and mentor of Teamcenter Implementation teams. Stakeholder Management Teamwork: Collaborate optimally with multiple collaborators (Field, Partners, LCS, CSMs, OMs, ZLs, TechOps) to accelerate Teamcenter X implementation cycles. Critical issue Leadership: Lead sophisticated customer concerns by providing detailed analysis, structured approaches, and clear recommendations for action. Visibility: Ensure transparency regarding project status, risks, opportunities, and key performance indicators (critical metrics). Effective Communication: Ability to represent sophisticated topics in a structured and convincing manner to diverse audiences. Japanese skills are required. Experience: 8-10 years of experience with Teamcenter Implementation, Upgrades & Data Migration Why us?
