We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Software QA Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and close collaboration with developers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure quality standards.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Ensure software meets performance, security, and usability standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Familiarity with SQL and database testing.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
• ISTQB certification is an advantage.
